Do you really come to our shop in person?
Yes. Because we live and operate physically on Roosevelt Island, on-site visits to your storefront, office, or building lobby are included with zero travel fees. When a card reader disconnects or a printer stops working, we walk over in person to fix it.
How fast do you complete website and graphic requests?
Standard website edits (menu updates, holiday hours, text revisions) and print flyers are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Priority requests on Business Partner and Complete Department plans are handled same-day or within 24 hours.
Can we pause or cancel our monthly plan?
Yes. All retainers are month-to-month agreements with no long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel your plan at any time with a 14-day notice before your next billing cycle.
Do you accept paper checks and work with non-profit and residential boards?
Yes. We understand that non-profit organizations, PTAs, and residential co-op or condo boards require board reviews, treasurer signatures, and W-9 forms. We provide formal W-9 documentation, itemized PDF invoices for grant accounting, and net-30 terms. We gladly accept traditional paper checks or direct ACH bank transfers.
Who owns the website code, domain, and photography?
You own 100% of everything we build, design, or photograph. Your website domain, source code, design files, and high-resolution photos belong exclusively to your organization with zero proprietary vendor lock-in.
What if we are on the $495 plan and need a brand-new website or photo shoot?
You do not have to commit to a higher monthly tier forever. You have two flexible options: book a one-time flat add-on project (such as a standalone photo session with Amanda or a new site launch) while keeping your $495 monthly plan, or temporarily upgrade to the Business Partner plan for 2 months during the build phase and step back down to $495 once your site goes live.
What is the $297 On-Site Digital & Tech Audit?
The $297 audit is an easy, low-risk way to start. We conduct a 1-hour physical visit to your location to inspect your website speed, verify your Google Maps listing, and test your Wi-Fi signal coverage. You receive a printed 1-page diagnostic checklist, and the full $297 is credited back toward your first month of service if you choose a monthly plan.
What if we do not know our logins or where our website domain is registered?
That is very common. Many local shops and organizations have websites set up years ago by past volunteers or former staff. We will sit down with you in person, track down where your domain and hosting are registered, reset your access, and consolidate all your logins into a secure checklist so you have full control.
